The Berghain imprint readies an “off-centre” double EP.

As Resident Advisor reports, Various is a “spiritual successor” to Fünf, the label’s massive 2010 compilation. However, while Fünf was built out of Berghain field recordings, Various offers “a space for the artists to release tracks a little off-centre from their known production styles,” according to pree materials.

The two 12-inches include new tracks from Function, Rolando, Barker & Baumecker, and more. Marcel Fengler and Efdemin will team up as DIN, and anonymous project Crush Soul offers a track, as well. Various is due out on September 30.
