Who needs a publicist when you have social media?
The Detroit producer and rapper took to social networks yesterday to reveal details of his next album, No Poison No Paradise.
Black Milk first posted a short loop of snippets on Instagram, followed by a tweet of the album’s name and release date, October 2013. Then came more Twitter revelations: he’s been sitting on the album since January and it will feature Black Thought, Robert Glasper, Dwele, Quelle Chris and more. Lastly he also mentioned that he would be returning to Europe in November, presumably for a tour of some sort in support of the release.
While we wait for official previews and the likes you can grab a free track from fellow Michigan producer 14KT that features Black Milk and MED on vocals. See below.
And lastly in a self-admitted rare move Black Milk and Upendo have posted rough drafts of their next collaboration under the Computer Ugly alias, this one called The Kraft. It bumps as hard as the first release, which was featured in our Bandcamp column back in June.
