The pop agitator continues her war of words with label Interscope.

“[W]ho would stop MATANGI from coming out?” M.I.A. tweeted last night, adding that: “If interscope takes longer i can always leak this next week and make a new one by the time they are ready.”

This is just the most recent barb that M.I.A. has launched at Interscope; she has blamed the label for delaying the allegedly too-positive record’s release for nearly a year. Making matters worse, there’s been Roc Nation’s efforts to block a documentary about the making of the album. Here’s hoping M.I.A. is able to bring the noize sometime soon.
