The Afro Noise agitator delivers another release for the London label.
After releasing Black Mamba on Blackest Ever Black last year, William Bennett has announced four more tracks of violent industrial rhythms under his Cut Hands moniker.
Damballah 58 comprises a typically boisterous title track, described by the label as “diabolically addictive vaudou rhythms”, plus three tracks on the flip in a more ambient, even “treacherously beautiful” mode.
The EP marks the former Whitehouse leader’s second outing as Cut Hands this year, following the Madwoman EP for Regis’ Downwards label, which has just announced a label compilation album to mark its 20th anniversary. [via Juno Plus]
Damballah 58 will be out on 12″ in late October through Blackest Ever Black.
