Djavan Santos shares another cut from his second EP of the year.

In a short amount of time, D33J has established himself as one of Wedidit’s finest affiliates, bringing his well-studied approach to the hazy beatmaking favored by the crew.

‘Stills’ is tagged as “emotional 808,” a tongue-in-cheek descriptor that is accurate, nonetheless. Here, he applies the familiar click-clack of that well-worn drum machine in service of a melody that is equal parts romantic and lovelorn.
