Skrillex & co will park up in San Francisco, New York, Amsterdam and Barcelona.

EDM overlord Skrillex trialled his first ‘takeovers’ – multi-day events in big cities featuring shows across various venues – back in 2012 with jaunts in Los Angeles and New York. Next year, he plans to bring the concept to four global cities with an even bigger supporting cast.

The mini-tour will kick off on February 3, 2014, with six shows at six venues over six days in San Francisco. Each show will feature support from Brooklyn rapper A$AP Rocky, as well as Seven Lions, Samo Sound Boy and TOKiMONSTA, among others.

The takeover will then touch down in Brooklyn for five shows between February 10 and 14, with Just Blaze and Lunice among the acts featured. Additional takeovers will follow in Amsterdam (February 19-23) and Barcelona (February 26-March 1).
