Last month, Unknown to the Unknown label boss and firm friend of FACT, DJ Haus, headed to New York.

Here, in the first of a short series of films he shot there for FACT TV, DJ Haus journeys to the centre of Greenpoint record store The Thing to meet Willie Burns, the pseudonym-loving producer whose records have been housed on L.I.E.S., Trilogy Tapes, Rush Hour No Label and more. After hanging out and discovering a little more about the store, we hit up Burns’ studio, where he showed us how he makes his music – watch the man behind the magic show off his tricks above.
