R. Kelly’s follow-up to last year’s filthy Black Panties is titled White Panties.
In an interview with V Magazine, the R&B sex dolphin described the album as a sequel to his 2013 and said it would be on “a whole other level”.
“I always follow what my spirit tells me to do. When I get into the studio I write from my heart. I try to write life and not songs. People live life and when you write life you’re going to mess around and touch somebody’s heart, and they’ll relate to you and what you’re singing about,” he gushed.
Other revelations included details of R. Kelly’s rider, which requests a dozen long-stemmed red roses, 24 black towels, broiled lobster, Grey Goose vodka, Hennessy cognac, and Moet & Chandon champagne like it’s 2001, plus the news that he has 57 more chapters of Trapped In The Closet waiting for us. White Panties must be one of the “seven or eight” albums the singer recently claimed to be working on, including a long-awaited Christmas album due this year.
