Lauded score floats onto vinyl.

Steven Price’s music for Alfonso Cuarón’s epic space thriller Gravity, which won the Oscar for Best Original Score last month, is to see a vinyl release courtesy of creative label Mondo.

The artwork for the release is taken from a poster by Mondo designer Kevin Tong, who emulated the dizzying effect of the movie by making the image viewable from all directions – there’s no right way up. See how he made the image in this video.

The limited-edition double-LP will be pressed onto black vinyl and feature randomly inserted variant colorway vinyl, according to Exclaim.

No release date has been set but the LP is be available for pre-order now.
