Fugees icon brings the ex-factor to London.
Lauryn Hill will make a rare appearance on British soil this autumn with a date at Brixton Academy on September 20, only her second UK performance in five years.
The former Fugees star has made a wary return to the spotlight lately after spending three months in jail last year following her conviction for tax evasion.
In 2013 she released her first official single in over a decade, ‘Neurotic Society’, followed by another track, ‘Consumerism’, to mark her release from prison.
Tickets for the show go on sale on this Friday, May 2, priced between £42.50 and a tax bill-busting £85.00, plus booking fee. [via Guardian]
