You might not have heard of Chilly Chills before, but that’s likely to change soon.

The Atlanta-based rapper is an associate of FACT favorite Lil Silk (you may have heard him on Son of a Hustler standout ‘Young O.G.’), and he’s just dropped crushing new single ‘Prayer’, the first taste of his upcoming mixtape.

Boasting a lyrical dexterity that’s often ignored in favor of memorably chants or absolute gibberish (not that it’s always a bad thing, mind you), Chilly shows tons of promise here, and we’re eager to hear how the mixtape shapes up.

FACT’s U.S. team interviewed Chilly Chills and Lil Silk at this year’s South By Southwest, and told us what they thought about Atlanta’s rapidly-growing rap dominance, and what it means to have grown up in the city.
