A new documentary has emerged, charting DJ Rashad and DJ Spinn‘s recent trip to Monterrey in Mexico.

Chicago footwork pioneer DJ Rashad tragically passed away in April, and his death has caused a tidal wave of emotion through not only the footwork scene but the wider world of electronic music. Pitchfork have today posted a light-hearted 20-minute documentary that focuses on Rashad’s time in the Mexican city of Monterrey, accompanied by his friend and regular sparring partner DJ Spinn.

Shot in grayscale, the film cuts interview material with footage of the two exploring the city, and is another reminder of the gaping hole left in Rashad’s stead. You can watch the documentary in full below.
