It’s Glastonbury Day 2, and Chromeo have pulled out.
The duo were supposed to perform at the John Peel Stage on Saturday June 28. They’ll be replaced by Twin Atlantic.
Kaiser Chiefs, meanwhile, have been confirmed as the until-now-secret guest on the Other Stage, and will play at 11am on Friday June 27. They’ll also play the John Peel Stage the same night. Wonder what John Calvert thinks of that.
Update: Banksy’s “Sirens of the Lambs” installation was spotted at the festival, with “25 per cent more terror” than the original that debuted in New York last year. Michael Eavis doesn’t know what to make of it: “Is it some kind of animal rights thing? I’m not sure about it. Our cows are actually very happy, they have the highest milk yield in the county.” [via Telegraph]
