Large-framed Miami kingpin DJ Khaled is dipping his toe into Dre’s swimming pool with this ambitious new venture.

Love ’em or hate ’em, everyone seems to have an opinion on Beats By Dre headphones, and while we’re sure most would agree that while they look fine, they don’t sound brilliant. Well producer and rapper DJ Khaled is set to address this with a new venture which sees him partner up with Swedish high-end audio giants Bang & Olufsen.

Bang & Olufsen gear has always stood out from the competition, most often thanks to the company’s unusual design choices, and Khaled’s signature line of headphones, entitled We The Best Sound, certainly looks the part.

Khaled announced the move on Instagram today, and was spotted this weekend giving plenty of hints to MissInfo, and even claiming that he’s thinking of billions now, not millions. We reckon Dre might have the big head start there, champ. [via Complex]
