Rome Fortune has spent the year going from strength to strength: his sequel to Beautiful Pimp, his EP with hit-maker Dun Deal and collaborations with everyone from Four Tet to suicideyear have kept him in rotation around the FACT HQ.

Small VVorld collects some of his seemingly-disparate recent moves into a cohesive full-length that’s reminiscent of Beautiful Pimp in its world-craft and introspection. Songs with Awful Records’ riser OG Maco and OVO newcomer ILoveMakonnen sit next to tracks produced by Bassnectar and Blood Diamonds — and it all works.
