Hyperdub and Teklife have forged a solid transatlantic bond over the past few years, with the London label putting out records by the late, great DJ Rashad and bringing the scene’s chieftains over to Europe to play alongside the likes of Ikonika, Scratcha DVA and Laurel Halo.

Six months after the sudden passing of Rashad, Hyperdub and the Teklife crew have come together to release Next Life, a compilation featuring music by footwork producers old and new, including DJ Spinn, Traxman, DJ Earl, DJ Manny, Heavee and RP Boo. Proceeds from the album’s sales will go to Rashad’s son, Chad.

The album is out next week and you can stream it now via Pitchfork Advance.

Next Life follows Hyperdub’s final 10th birthday compilation featuring tons of new music from the label’s artists, including an unreleased Burial track.
