The Baltimore anthem gets a long, long overdue video.

Earlier this year,Blaqstarr reissued ‘Hands Up Thumbs Down’ as part of Blaq Files , an EP of hard-to-find material that was released by Mad Decent.

Blaq has continued his trip down memory lane with a video for the impossibly catchy anthem. The video was directed by Lotfy Nathan, the man behind 12 O’Clock Boys, a recent documentary that chronicled illegal West Baltimore dirt-bike crews.
