In it, Sam Shepherd recalls his early exposure to classical music and jazz, the influence of London club Plastic People on his career, his dedication to record collecting and the concept behind his new custom DJ mixer.

He also talks about founding Eglo with Rinse FM DJ Alexander Nut and his recent experience recording with Moroccan gnawa musician Mahmoud Guinia.
