New York label Felte had a strong 2014, and look to be following that up quickly with more cracking cavernous pop.
Their latest release is set to come from Aussie band Nite Fields, who are set to drop their debut album Depersonalisation on the label on February 3.
All four members of the band hail from Brisbane, and the record was completed over a four-year period in garages, bedrooms and studios. It certainly sounds like a labor of love, and you can hear ‘Prescription’ below, a spacious, jangling mini marvel – bringing to mind fond memories of Slowdive and The Jesus & Mary Chain while retaining a contemporary grit that’s hard to ignore.
Depersonalisation will be released on Felte on February 3, and can be pre-ordered here.
