Rudimental and Native Instruments join the festival’s series of discussions on electronic music.
This year’s London Electronic Arts Festival (LEAF) is already looking like an intriguing mix of live music, DJ sets, demonstrations and panel discussions covering all aspects of electronic music culture. Now LEAF’s organisers have finalised the line up for the event at Tobacco Dock on March 6-7, revealing who’ll be joining Nile Rodgers, Modeselektor, 808 State and more.
Heading up the additions to the festival’s series of panel discussions will be members of Mercury Prize-nominated dance act Rudimental. They will be discussing the rise of UK label Black Butter Records alongside label boss Henry Village and others.
For gear heads, representatives from pioneering German company Native Instruments will also be joining LEAF’s series of conversations. As well as offering an insight into the company, senior product designers, DJs and producers will be on hand to provide demonstrations of their DJ and production technology for LEAF attendees. On hand to provide food and drink will be the Gordon Ramsay-owned Union Street Café.
The evening festivities will be split into three areas, with London Warehouse Events hosting Tale Of Us, Sasha, Luciano, Chris Liebing, Anja Schneider in the Great Hall, Second State hosting the second stage and Rob Da Bank’s Sunday Best taking over the loft, celebrating 20 years in the game with the help of DJ Harvey.
