FKA Twigs goes to Bed-Stuy.

The eigteenth anniversary of Christopher Wallace’s passing took place on Monday, March 9. To commemorate the occasion, DJ and mash-up specialist Terry Urban has created an entire album of Notorious B.I.G. mash-ups, fusing Biggie’s iconic vocal stylings with the music of FKA Twigs.

Now while there are plenty of unnecessary mash-ups in existence, especially involving The Notorious B.I.G., the results in this case are surprisingly good. Stand-out blends include ‘Who Shot Papi’, ‘Come Closer Poppa’ and ‘Two Weeks In Cali’.
