Worriedaboutsatan seemed to have disappeared around the turn of the decade, but that changed last year. The UK duo of Gavin Miller and Tom Ragsdale resurfaced in 2014 to put out a pair of older, unreleased songs. Now Miller and Ragsdale have finished their first new music since 2010 and the resulting album Even Temper is worth the wait. Blending watery ambience found in tracks like the bookending ‘I’m Not Much, But I’m All I Have’ and ‘All Is Safe, All Is Well’, worriedaboutsatan move through atmospheric, dark house workouts that pulse with a reinvigorated energy.
