The London festival has announced a fifth wave of additions.
Chief among them them is Jungle, who have been handed the responsibility of hosting their very own DJ bandstand. As well as a set from the XL Recordings act, they’ve hand-picked some of their favourite artists to DJ across the day, including Beaty Heart, Django Django, Oceaán, Shura, Tei Shi, XL DJs and more.
This year also features a stage hosted by music discovery service Traadio headlined by its most successful artists, including Tropics, London-based hip hop artist Antix, Luka, Yossarian, Cholombian and Wild Echo. They join Caribou, FKA twigs, Run The Jewels, Hudson Mohawke, A.G. Cook, Future Brown and more on Field Day’s Saturday event.
Field Day’s Sunday line-up has also been bolstered with the addition of the Verity stage. Baroque pop artist Jacco Gardner, indie four-piece Gengahr, DJ Haai, Leopold and His Fiction, Yak, Nimmo and alt-poppers Beach Baby will all appear, joining Patti Smith, Mac DeMarco, Gaz Coombes, Savages and more.
Field Day will take place in London’s Victoria Park on June 6-7 – tickets can be found at the Field Day website.
