The duos fit like two sides of a coin on their new EP
New York label felte recently worked with their band Flaamingos to do a split EP. They chose the London-born, but Berlin-based, darkwave duo The KVB to join them and the resulting split finds two bands that fit just right together.
Flaamingos take on the first half with glossy post-punk best exemplified in the neon keyboard throbs of ‘Dancing Upstairs’. Then The KVB use the back half to provide a slower, denser synth-comedown. Take the entire EP in below and grab it from felte’s store starting July 10.
