Kendrick Lamar has been sued over the artwork of the single ‘Blacker The Berry’, which photographer Giordano Cipriani says was used without permission, Bossip reports. The photo, which was shot in 2011 in Africa, depicts a mother breastfeeding her children. Cipriani is currently asking for $150,000 for each use of Lamar and his team using the photo in promoting the single.
