Welcome to FACT’s weekly video round-up.

As we note at the end of every year, music videos have never been better. But too often, music videos — along with documentaries, live sets and interview clips — get lost in the shuffle of news and new music.

With that in mind, FACT is doing what it does for mixes, mixtapes, vinyl and more: rounding up the internet’s best videos on a weekly basis. And to remove our bias, we won’t be including our own content — you’ll have to stay tuned to FACT TV for all your Against The Clock, FACT Freestyles and Confessions needs.

Lorn
‘Acid Rain’
Dir: R113

A team of demented and damaged cheerleaders dances their way out of a car crash to the tune of Lorn’s gloomy electronics. The only thing more twisted than their choreography is the video’s ending.

Zebra Katz & Leila
‘Blk Diamond’
Dir: Elvar Gunnarsson

Zebra Katz and Warp-veteran Leila return with another post-apocalyptic nightmare from their Nu Renegade EP. This time, two white brutes jackhammer the land and the body; diamonds flow like blood and congeal into a Margiela mask in what is possibly a metaphor for the blood diamond trade.

Obey City feat. Kelela
‘Airy’
Dir: Melissa Matos

Obey City and Kelela’s appropriately-titled ‘Airy’ gets a visual by Trusst. Models and dancers find their way through the world under the invasive zooms of video surveillance and random, Internet-born text bubbles to the surface.

Vince Staples
‘Norf Norf’
Dir: Spike Jordan & Vince Staples

Vince Staples shares a black-and-white, ground level view of the justice system that dispenses with the symbolism of Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Alright’ video, rapping his Summertime 06 standout while getting arrested, interrogated and locked up.

Lord Narf
‘Get Some Money’
Dir: Mike Ellwood

Fuck the YouTube haters: Lord Narf teams with Awful regular Mike Ellwood for the hot-pink-everything clip for ‘Get Some Money’ as Narf spikes cute (bubbles, balloons, blow-up animals) with danger.

Denzel Curry
‘6 Billion Dollar Nigga’
Dir: FXRBES

The Miami rapper shares this short-but-sweet clip, which he describes as “Rare Footage of Distorted CyberPunk Shit” from his forthcoming King Of The Mischievous South Volume 2055 project.

Tory Lanez
‘Diego’
Dir: Zac Facts & Tory Lanez

Toronto’s newest rapper-singer goes cinematic in ‘Diego’, mixing gangster tropes both old (white suits and white cars) and new (blunts and booty) in the video for this syrupy drug-dealing anthem. Despite all the video girls, the most striking image just might be those jewels on fire.

Aina More
‘Girls Killing It’

It’s the year of the female squad video thanks to Beyonce, T-Swift, Rihanna and Madonna, and now London-based newcomer Aina More gets in the game with this DIY clip that is exactly what it says on the tin. Features selfie sticks, hula hoops and Boris Bikes.

Ciara
‘Dance Like We’re Making Love’
Dir: Dave Meyers

Ciara continues her run of classy videos with another clip that proves she still has it, post-baby and post-Future. Going through a wardrobe of costumes, Ciara plays phantom as she hits the pool and haunts a palace. Then she goes all Fred-and-Ginger with her suitor before stripping down for bed. Take note, Russell Wilson.

Suicideyear feat. K9
‘Scarr’
Dir: Jim Alexander

Baton Rouge-based rap producer Suicideyear revamps ‘Scarr’ with vocals from resurgent London grime MC K9 in a video that explores rainy London streets and makes juiceboxes look cool.
