The final album on 50Weapons will be the second full-length from label stalwart Benjamin Damage.

The Welsh producer will follow up his debut album, Heliosphere, released on 50Weapons in 2013, with Obsidian on September 25

“Obsidian is a collection of fragmented memories from all the music I’ve ever liked, distorted and restructured into a full-length techno record,” says Damage. “It’s a purely personal project and an end of an era with 50 Weapons.”

Damage was the first artist to release on 50Weapons, aside from bosses Modeselektor, dropping a split 10″ with Humanleft in 2010. Yesterday the label announced that it would wind up operations this year after 50 releases.
