Talib Kweli has been on a roll since establishing himself as a wholly independent artist.
After releasing a swathe of new projects this year via his website – including the surprise mixtape Fuck Money featuring Miguel and Kaytranada, and an album of B-sides and rarities – he’s revealed his next project.
“I’ve got an album with 9th Wonder coming out,” he told Hip Hop DX. “That album’s got myself, Brother Ali, Hi-Tek, Krysis, Bad Lucc, Problem, Rapsody, Planet Asia, Migos, Pharoahe Monch, Slug from Atmosphere. I’m really, really happy about the place I’m in creatively.”
No release date or title for the project has been given yet, but it’ll likely drop via his website.
