Canadian music journalist Nardwuar has suffered a stroke.
The beloved interviewer broke the news on Wednesday through his social media accounts, explaining that he suffered a stroke while attending Mint Records’ Christmas Party on Saturday, December 5.
Nardwuar was transported to Vancouver General Hospital where he remains under medical care.
He tweeted a photograph taken inside the taxi that transported him to the hospital. It noted that it was picking up a “confused male” with an “altered level of consciousness.” [via Exclaim]
