Club music experts get in the label game.

The Astral Plane, responsible for our essential For Club Use Only series, have taken the next logical step and launched Astral Plane Recordings.

The label’s first release is by Lausanne-based producer SHALT. The Acheron EP “investigates artificial life extension and the sonic space between noise and club music” and was inspired by Kim Stanley Robsinon’s Mars trilogy.

Acheron is due out on January 29 — stream the title track below.
