Baz Luhrmann tackles 70s New York in his latest project.

Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for The Get Down, Baz Luhrmann’s 70s-set musical drama.

The 13-episode series stars Shameik Moore, Justice Smith, Tremaine Browne Jr and Skylan Brooks as a group of teenagers growing up in the South Bronx at the birth of hip-hop.

The series – which also stars Jaden Smith and NYPD Blue actor Jimmy Smits – doesn’t have a confirmed release date, but will arrive later in 2016.
