London label Tight Knit kickstarts 2016 with Akito’s five-track Pleasure Pending EP, the producer’s most expansive release yet.

Akito’s been gathering a reputation for a while for both his club and radio sets and releases for labels like Subskank and Trax Couture (plus, if you go out in London it’s impossible to not see him on a dancefloor somewhere – dude is about.) With five tracks to play with on Pleasure Pending, though, he gets a chance to show his diversity – tracks like ‘Degrade Gracefully’ are a bit more morbid than what we’re used to from Akito. 

The full EP is out on February 5 – in the meantime, watch the video for ‘Catching Feels’, directed by Mungo.
