Last year, Tim Gane joined Deerhunter on their new album Fading Frontier — a record heavily indebted to the keyboardist’s classic experimental band, Stereolab. Now Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox has returned the favor by lending his vocals to ‘Liquid Gate’, off Gane’s new band Cavern Of Anti-Matter’s debut album, Void Beats / Invocation Trex.

As previously reported, the album will also feature appearances from Spacemen 3 co-founder Sonic Boom and Jan St. Werner of Mouse On Mars. Look for the album February 19 via Duophonic and listen to ‘Liquid Gate’ below with visuals by Duke Of Burgundy director Peter Strickland.
