Wrap your ears around some ambient, dub-speckled drone.
Brooklyn artist Robert Toher has shed the former post-rock and cold-wave layers of Apse and ERAAS, to fly solo as Public Memory.
‘Zig Zag’ is the latest cut to be taken from his debut album, which Toher recorded and self-produced over a year spent in LA and says is about “coming to terms with the futility of life in certain ways, whilst also appreciating and embracing its inherent beauty.”
The Wuthering Drum LP is released March 18 on Felte.
