Obama becomes first sitting president to visit SXSW.

Yesterday, Barack Obama delivered one of the keynote speeches at the opening of the 2016 edition of the SXSW festival.

Interviewed by the editor of the Texas Tribune, Obama spent just under an hour discussing politics, the internet, privacy issues, and how technology can help change American society.
