Kesha has taken to Instagram to say she is writing new material, despite her current lawsuit. Earlier this week, she and her lawyer filed paperwork with a New York appellate court after her denial of a preliminary injunction in her court case against Dr. Luke. She is still trying to push up their trial to get her out of her contract with him and Sony after allegations of sexual and mental abuse. As it stands now, their trial is set for May 16.
