The ‘Bank Rolls’ rapper preps debut full-length.
With sights set on a September release, Baltimore rapper Tate Kobang has revealed that his sometimes-mentor Swizz Beatz will executive produce his debut full-length.
FACT spoke to the up-and-comer, who just released his tape Since We’re Here, back at South By Southwest about what the future holds for him. Aside revealing that he has sought the tutelage of Swizz and St. Louis legend Nelly, he plans to use rap as a stepping stone to do larger creative projects and mentoring. It makes Swizz a perfect connection for Kobang at the start of his career. Watch our full interview below.
