The grime MC was set to play Coachella today.
Right before his Coachella debut, Skepta has revealed that his work visa has been denied and he is not allowed in the US.
“Love to everybody that wanted to see me on tour this month, my U.S visa has been denied and I am not allowed in America right now,” he told fans on Instagram.
Whether Skepta will be able to get into the US for his performance at Coachella’s second weekend remains unclear, but he’s working on it: “Still taking forward steps and forever working with God. Brb.”
The MC’s long-awaited new album Konnichiwa is due next month, yesterday he released the single ‘Man (Gang)’.
