Another Radiohead track from their upcoming release.
Speculation abounded last weekend that Radiohead’s new album would drop at any minute after they seemingly “disappeared” from the web. The record, which has been referred to as “a work of art” will be released digitally this Sunday, May 8 at 2PM EST. It will come out in physical formats on June 17.
LP9 doesn’t have a name yet, but we know a little bit of what to expect from ‘Burn The Witch’, which was released earlier this week with a brilliantly animated clip. This morning the band teased another video for track ‘Daydreaming’, which you can now watch in full above. It was directed by longtime Johnny Greenwood collaborator, Boogie Nights director Paul Thomas Anderson.
When the news sprung that the band would be getting a clip from the acclaimed auteur, FACT explored the best uses of Radiohead’s music in film and television. But with all of these factors coming together, we can’t help wonder if LP9 may also be a visual album.
