Tom Morello, Chuck D and co want to “make America rage again.”

Rage Against The Machine and Public Enemy supergroup Prophets of Rage made their live debut at LA’s Whisky A Go Go last night (May 31).

The group – which features RATM’s Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk alongside Cypress Hill rapper B Real and Public Enemy’s Chuck D and DJ Lord – dedicated new song ‘The Party’s Over’ to Donald Trump, mimicking his ‘Make America Great Again’ slogan with the hashtag #MakeAmericaRageAgain.

They also performed a mash-up of Beastie Boys’ ‘No Sleep Til Brooklyn’ and Public Enemy’s ‘Fight The Power’, along with a number of Rage Against The Machine tracks. These included signature Rage song ‘Killing In The Name,’ which was introduced by Chuck D who declared: “There’s always a seat warm for Zack De La Rocha,” the RATM frontman who is noticeably absent from Prophets Of Rage. Watch video clips of the performance below.

All proceeds from the show were donated to PATH, a California-based family of anti-homelessness agencies.
