After kicking off with DJ Paypal at the end of May, D∆WN is the next in line to release a one-off for the Adult Swim Singles series. ‘Serpentine Fire’ hinges on the same electronic base as her Machinedrum-produced singles and Kingdom-assisted output released through the year, but this is far less emotional affair.

While we love D∆WN for being able to kick us in the gut with her lyrics, it’s nice to hear her on something a little bit more breezy right before the summer starts.

D∆WN will perform with Kingdom and DJ Earl at Rough Trade NYC in Brooklyn this Friday June 10 and at London’s XOYO with Jammz on June 15.
