The event will be live streamed globally over Tidal.

Kanye West has announced he will screen the video for ‘Famous’ in Los Angeles. To put it in his own words though, he will debut “the groundbreaking visuals” for the track at an “unprecedented premiere event”.

The screening will be held at the LA Forum and will also feature exclusive merchandise that will only be available to buy at the event. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10pm PST and will cost $25 a pop. That might seem steep for a music video screening, but remember this is the man who expanded ‘Runaway’ into a 34-minute epic.

Tickets will be available primarily through Ticketmaster, though a select number of tickets will also be made exclusively to local Tidal members.

Whatever Kanye has in store, he’s got stiff competition against Aziz Ansari and Eric Wareheim who knocked it out of the park with their pasta-filled unofficial video.
