The rapper plans to appeal the ruling.

The Game has been ordered to pay $7.13 million after an Illinois court ruled against him in a recent sexual assault case, TMZ reports.

Plaintiff Priscilla Rainey originally sued the rapper for $10 million after accusing him of groping her multiple times while she was a contestant on his reality show She’s Got Game in 2015. She claims he was intoxicated with drugs and alcohol and “out of control”.

The Game’s legal team attempted to fight the credibility of the accusation by digging up Rainey’s history in prostitution and alleging that she had spent time in a psych ward. Rainey claimed the arguments were only made to provoke the jury and shame her.

Ultimately, the judge ruled in her favor. Sources close to TMZ have said the Game is currently planning on appealing the ruling.
