One of the producer’s overlooked classics gets a touch-up.

Daniel Lopatin is best known for his work as Oneohtrix Point Never, but his one-off project under the moniker Chuck Person has only grown in reputation. Lopatin has now released a remastered version of the 2010 album taken directly from the original master tape.

The echoing loops of pops songs collected on the release were some of Lopatin’s most damaged and hypnotically beautiful recordings and anticipated sample-heavy Replica. Years later, the release’s pop music tampering can be seen as an essential influence on everything from vaporwave to PC Music.
