The memorial was erected in August.

Filmmaker Rocío Romero has released a short film about the making of a crowdfunded bronze statue of the late Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmster that was erected at his favorite watering hole the Rainbow Bar & Grille in West Hollywood earlier this year.

The six-minute doc takes a look at the efforts that went into making the memorial, both from the fundraising perspective and the actual fabrication, looking at artist Travis Moore who constructed the statue.
