Joey Bada$$ has been sued for $1.5 million by Phillip Wilburn, a Donald Trump impersonator claiming injuries after being pushed off a stage by the rapper, TMZ reports.

Wilburn, a popular impersonator who has been featured on many late night talk shows, was sharing the stage with the rapper during an MTV event in LA last year. Video of the incident depicts an altercation and Wilburn’s fall from the stage.

Wilburn says he incurred $1,000 in medical costs from the fall and could have to pay up to $25,000 if he requires surgery. He also cited lost profits of $50,000. Bada$$ recently announced his new album All-Amerikkkan Bada$$.
