“You cure me every time with your love,” she told the crowd.
Lady Gaga unveiled a new single during her headline set at last night’s (April 15) Coachella.
Gaga, who had been booked to replace a heavily pregnant Beyoncé as the Saturday night headliner, performed a number of crowd-pleasers, including ‘Just Dance’ and ‘LoveGame’. She also treated the audience to a performance of her 2009 Beyoncé collaboration, ‘Telephone’.
The US star – who is the first solo female performer to headline Coachella, following Björk in 2007 – debuted new single, ‘The Cure’, midway through her set, as NME reports.
“I love you guys so much. I have been through so much in my life and I’ve seen so much. And you cure me every time with your love,” Gaga reportedly told the crowd during a break in the song. Watch a clip of her performance below and stream the single in full via Spotify.
