J Hus has visited a fan named Bailey at Great Ormond Street Hospital, where the nine-year-old boy is recovering from brain surgery.

GRM Daily reports that the East London rapper responded to a Twitter call-out after learning that he was Bailey’s favorite artist – and has posted a heartwarming video of J Hus and Bailey rapping ‘Lean & Bop’ together.

J Hus is gearing up to release his debut album, Common Sense, on May 12.
